He has been involved in many major property developments and investment acquisitions and disposals in the UK, Europe and USA over the past 30 years and is well known within the property business.
Mark Kleinman has over 29 years experience of dealing with all aspects of commercial property within Central London and throughout the UK, specialising in the development, refurbishment, lettings and acquisitions of office buildings.
Mark has also acquired a number of mixed use development schemes throughout the UK and acquired and disposed of a number of sites for residential development.

He specialises in the retail and leisure property sectors with extensive experience and expertise in advising clients on rent reviews lease renewal lease structuring and acquiring investment property for private clients and property companies
Andrew started as an investment advisor with Michael Laurie and Partners one of the best niche firms or its time. He has over 20 years experience in the commercial property investment sector advising clients in acquisitions in the UK and in Europe. He advised clients in acquiring over 1 million square feet of industrial space as commercial property assets in Germany.
Specializing in commercial investment property James previously worked at investment company Coast Properties and Rock Investment Holdings Plc where he was responsible for new acquisition. Prior to Rock he was an investment advisor at retail experts Ian Scott International and at DTZ and Cardales. James was a co-founding director at the Entrepreneurs Property Fund. James has asset management experience and strong contacts in the investment sector.
Nick joined James Andrew International in 2010 , when his niche practice was purchased by James Andrew International. Specialising in high end retail and leisure market, advising clients on the acquisition and disposal of hotels, restaurants and retail premises throughout Europe. With over 20 years experience in this sector Nick has carved out a niche in the mainly private and property company sector, identifying specific opportunities and has advised on many high end hotels throughout Europe and US as well as retail and restaurant acquisitions throughout the UK.
