Harvey Soning founded James Andrew International in 1975 following the first part of a career at Peachey Property Corporation and Guardian Properties (Holdings) Plc.
He has been involved in many major property developments and investment acquisitions and disposals in the UK, Europe and USA over the past 30 years and is well known within the property business.
Jeremy has been a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since March 1987. Jeremy commenced his career at National Provident Institution following completion of an Honours Degree in Estate Management at Thames Polytechnic.
He then went to Barnett Baker & Co before joining James Andrew Management Services in March 1998. James Andrew Management Services merged with Robinson Somerston Warner in October 2005, and Jeremy became Joint Managing Director with Geoffrey Warner.
Geoffrey is a fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Since graduating with an Honours Degree in Estate Management from The University of Reading in 1976, Geoffrey has had a wealth of experience in private practice, working for institutions and property companies, specialising in asset and property management.
He was a founding partner of Robinson Somerston Warner before becoming Joint Managing Director with Jeremy Grey, following the merger with James Andrew Management Services, when James Andrew RSW was created.
Roy is a Director James Andrew International and a founding partner and Director of James Andrew RSW. He specialises in the retail and leisure property sectors with extensive experience and expertise in advising clients on rent reviews, lease renewal, lease structuring and acquiring investment property for private clients and property companies.
