Harvey Soning founded James Andrew International in 1975 following the first part of a career at Peachey Property Corporation and Guardian Properties (Holdings) Plc.

He has been involved in many major property developments and investment acquisitions and disposals in the UK, Europe and USA over the past 30 years and is well known and respected within the property business.

Mark Kleinman has over 29 years experience of dealing with all aspects of commercial property within Central London and throughout the UK, specialising in the development, refurbishment, lettings and acquisitions of office buildings.

Mark has also acquired a number of mixed use development schemes throughout the UK and acquired and disposed of a number of sites for residential development.

Jeremy has been a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since March 1987. Jeremy commenced his career at National Provident Institution following completion of an Honours Degree in Estate Management at Thames Polytechnic.

He then went to Barnett Baker & Co before joining James Andrew Management Services in March 1998. James Andrew Management Services merged with Robinson Somerston Warner in October 2005, and Jeremy became Joint Managing Director with Geoffrey Warner.

Kay has an extensive background of Facility & Operational Management of serviced office operations. Kay spent 10 years with Saturn Facilities Ltd managing a number of large multi tenanted business parks around the UK. She also spent 2 years in the initial set up of Sirius Facilities GmbH in Germany establishing the first 5 business parks.
