Lloyd Dorfman the founder of currency exchange company Travelex has purchased the freehold interest in the 21,000 sq ft office building from Aberdeen Asset Management plc for £5.425 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 11.3%.  The building is approximately 50% let to Holman Fenwick Willan until March 2012, with the remaining office accommodation vacant and in need of refurbishment.
